- All slides are precision fitted, scraped by hand, then flaked for oil retention
- All mating surfaces are scraped flat to ensure a proper fit with its mating component
- Parallelism between work rest key slot and upper slide is checked and aligned properly
- Center heights are checked and restored back within OEM specification
- Lower slide and upper slide gib are restored back to OEM adjustment
- New lubrication blocks installed, along with new lubrication fittings and lines
- New locking mechanism installed for upper & lower slide clamp
- New way wipers installed to prevent contamination from entering the way areas
