Process of a CGS Component

Stage 1:Complete disassembly of the component

Stage 2:Extensive cleaning to effectively remove all dirt / swarf from passage ways and lubrication holes

Stage 3:Complete evaluation and analysis of component to restore OEM standards

Stage 4:All parts are either replaced with new or reconditioned back to OEM standards

Stage 5:All mating parts are hand scraped to provide a precision fit and maximum life of the component

Stage 6:Re-assembled by one of our experienced and knowledgeable personnel

Stage 7:Checked for proper operation on our test stand to ensure customer satisfaction

All components come with a minimum 12 month warranty.

If you contract us to do an on-site removal and installation of components, we will provide a 24 month warranty on all parts and labor.

Components in stock are available on exchange to minimize costly downtime and are available for same day shipping. Just send us back your repairable unit once your new component has been installed.
