- All wearable parts are replaced with new
- All mating surfaces of the regulating wheel housing including the upper slide surface and regulating wheel truing surface are scraped flat to ensure proper fit with it’s mating component
- The spindle shaft is reconditioned back to OEM using a Rokide coating, which is manufactured by Saint Gobain that is a highly wear resistant coating that protects metal & non metallic surfaces from high temperature, abrasive, and corrosive environments
- New bronze plain bearing shoes installed (scraped to fit)
- New thrust bearing installed
- New sprocket, hydraulic fittings, hoses, and gaskets are installed
- New alignment scale and block are provided
